At KHURASAN – Gents Branded Fabric Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure quality fabrics at reasonable prices. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- The fabric must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original condition with original packing.
- Any fabric that is cut, stitched, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The wrong item was delivered, or
- The fabric has a manufacturing defect.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may exchange fabric of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or cut fabric
- Stitched fabric
- Clearance or sale items
- Items without original receipt or invoice
